A discussion of Justice Scalia’s Legacy, the ideological divisions on the Supreme Court, and the politics of judicial confirmations. 

 

Keith Bybee is a professor of political science and the director of the Institute for the Study of Judiciary, Politics, and Media at Syracuse University.  In addition to his service to Syracuse University, Professor Bybee has published three books including his most recent work “All Judges Are Political—Except When They Are Not: Acceptable Hypocrisies and the Rule of Law.”
